Coolum Cash can be spent in the Club at the point of sale, as well as redeemed for cash or restaurant and bar vouchers at our new Member Kiosks. As you progress through the Tiers, you will earn more Coolum Cash for every dollar you spend.
When you swipe your membership card at one of our new Member Kiosks, you will earn Rewards Points, which are redeemable for Coolum Cash. When in our Gaming Room, insert your card to earn Tier Credits and Coolum Cash and access our exciting new Dynamic Rewards. Yes, you do. The discount varies depending on the drink, however, a normal schooner of beer attracts a $1.20 discount, $1.20 off a glass of wine, and $3 off a bottle of wine, so it pays to be a social member. Membership is only $10 per year (or $45 for 5 years). Become a member today.

We employ highly-trained staff, competent in safe and responsible service of alcohol and gaming. At any time in our venue, you will find bar staff with an RSA, RSG, RMLV, or a Customer Liaison Officer to assist you with any matters you may have. Our staff endeavour to be able to answer any enquiries on the spot, over the bar, with adequate knowledge and guidance.
Yes! Our gift cards can be used in the Restaurant and Bar and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can purchase a gift card from our reception, online, or by calling one of our friendly reception staff 07 5446 1148.

Yes, we have a modern gaming room with some fantastic new machines, lots of variety, and lots of space and privacy. Our room features TITO (Ticket In Ticket Out) technology with our CRT (Cash Redemption Terminal), making it much more customer friendly to play our machines and go from one machine to the next without handling cash. We have a dedicated staff member looking after our gaming customers who can assist you with all gaming enquiries and provide service to the machines. We also have a complimentary tea and coffee station. Members will also gain points whilst playing our machines with their member’s card inserted.
